Information on buying our Tampa, St. Pete and Orlando, Fl. Rehab homes:
Due to intense competition for these properties, we have instituted a fair way to facilitate fair play in contracting of these homes.
 
1.  Do a drive-by of the home you are interested in. If the home is occupied it will be clearly stated on our flyer, you must call our office for a appointment to view the inside.  Do not disturb properties with people living in them.  If the property is vacant please call our office for the lock box code.
 
2.  Some of our rehab homes may have a Realtor sign on the property.  Do not attempt to call the listing agent.  Quality Homes has the property under contract and is selling their rights to the contract.
 
3. Due to the condition of some of these homes conventional finance is not available.  Our investors purchase these homes either with cash or hard money.  If you wish to use other finance then what we offer, then you must pay the entire assignment fee up front. No exceptions!
 
4.  Once you've seen the property, the first person to our office with a $2,000 non-refundable deposit, will be the new owner of the property. If for any reason we can't deliver clear title to the property, we will refund your deposit in full within 24 hours.  There will be no other reason  for a refund. Do your homework before you commit. All sales are "as-is " and there are no contingencies. All prices are firm.
